Our G173
· High Volume Bill Acceptor WITH a bill stacker, which keeps the 1 and 5 dollar bills separated from other internal components and makes for easy servicing and prevents bill jams. Having a "cash box" in the machine, no matter how deep it is, it cannot help prevent bill jams and can make servicing time a bit longer. · High Volume and commercial coin mech by Conlux, which is a 5 tube coin changer. It holds more change and gives you the ability to accept and give back the gold dollar coins, which can keep your money supply from depleting. If someone uses a 5 dollar bill, normally your customer would be getting a hand full of change in return; however, when using the Conlux changer it can give back some dollar coins as well as keeping your change supply from quickly draining. When ever ANY vending machine's money changer depletes past a certain point, it can cause your machine to STOP taking money; with a machine that takes both 1 and 5 dollar bills, having a 5 tube changer is a HUGE asset. It means fewer worries as an operator. Also, Conlux is a name brand used among most professional vendors and is a very high quality changer. · We use a High Security “T” handle lock on our machine door, similar to what companies like Coke and Pepsi use with their large, commercial soda machines and pretty much ALL commercial machines use this type of lock. However, other competitors with similar machines use a lock comparable to what you would find on a bulk candy vending machine and can be easily tampered with. · We have NO rear service door. There is NO need for a rear service door in a vending machine. As a matter of fact, I don’t know of any other vending company that has one. ALL of the money, electronics, and motors, etc. can be easily accessed from the front of your machine. The shelves pull down for easy servicing. Having a rear door is just one more door with a chance of being broken into. Also, if one product goes out, the others still work. All items are operated on their own, individual motor and can be also easily accessed from the shelf of the machine. · We offer premium “White Glove” service. The shipping company will bring the machine in, put it where you want and unpack it (programming and debris removal is not included). Also, IF you wish to have multiple machines delivered to one location, there could be some $avings there. · We will sell you (1) machine or (100) machines. We want you to buy what you feel comfortable with. I think all vendors would benefit from starting out with at least 3 machines, but we are NOT a business opportunity company like our competitors, so we have NO minimum purchase with our machines on 4Mega-Vending.com. However, the more machines you buy - the better price we can offer you.
There are some things that competitors will tell you that in essence sound really good, but need to be considered:
· ANY extended parts warranty offered by any vending company needs to be evaluated. For example, if a company says they offer a 7 year warranty, what does that warranty include? I know for a fact that MOST vending companies ONLY offer a 1 year parts warranty and it is up to the individual vending company themselves to cover the remaining warranty they have offered. If a company sells that warranty with a 50% deductible, they will purchase the warranty parts needed, get a discount on them (as distributors they will get a discount on parts) and then mark them up for resale. So they are really making a profit on your warranty parts and so it is NOT really a legitimate extended warranty. · Also, the debit/credit reader with remote access is really a great feature for any vendor; however, because of the cost in involved in both the reader and the monthly service and transaction fees, most vendors do not find it financially feasible. Also, if you do decide not to purchase the debit/credit reader initially, you can always add it to your machine later on. When you have a debit/credit card reader, the merchant you are using is normally USA Technologies. They charge a $12 per month service and 5% on every transaction. A cashless system may help increase sales in some accounts, but as a vendor you will need to decide whether or not this would be a good option for you. · Competitors offer vending locations with their package deals. We do not recommend or refer any vending locators and we do not locate machines. As a matter fact you have to be really, really careful when considering a locater. There a few things to know – A locater will likely work for you regardless of who you purchased or are considering purchasing your machines from. Let’s face it; they are not going to turn down any chance to make $300 per machine when locating them; sometimes they may charge more. · Theft and Vandalism insurance – some companies up-sale this in their package deals, but it is normally just something to inflate your bottom line price. You can purchase insurance through an outside source, and it is usually reasonably priced. Try your current insurance provider, or you can try a company like State Farm or Allstate. If they do not sell it, they may be able to refer you. Not all vendors have this type of insurance, but depending on the yearly cost vs the amount of equipment you have, it may be worth it. However, you should have the choice of purchasing it and NOT be charged a higher price for the machine, because they are offering it with their “package deal”. SOME ADDITIONAL INFO: A lot of people search for vending companies, knowing nothing about the business, and can easily become overwhelmed with all the info available thru search engines. It is very easy to be mis-lead and confused about who is being honest. I will tell you some simple things – stay away from “business opportunity” companies that focus solely on one type of machine with NO other options and companies that push large package deals. Also, stay away from local newspaper listings. Make sure to question your locaters and NEVER pay a locater upfront for a job that has NOT been completed and NEVER, EVER pay a locater by cash; always use a credit card. If you pay by cash and have a breach of contract or a dishonest locator and need your to get your money back – you can kiss that cash goodbye. There is security in paying a locater with a credit card.
